Account Documentation
These documents form the basis of the legal agreement between each client and Tradestone Markets. Each client should carefully read and fully understand these documents prior to signing a client agreement.
These documents also will give each potential client guidance on whether they can be accepted onto the platform. There are specific provincial restrictions on client residence, ( Currently Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec) and minimum thresholds of market knowledge and trading experience to gain access to our platform. All our individual clients need to be Accredited Investors as laid out by Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada. All of these guidelines are set by the Provincial and Federal regulators to protect you, the Client.
