There are a number of ways to resolve issues with the platform. If you are a new user, take some time to go through the training videos which are on the platform and on this website as they help troubleshoot a number of issues.

There is a Frequently Asked Question section which may also provide a number of answers to your questions. Many issues surround the minimum requirements for your PC to be able to run the platform and launching the platform Apple/Linux operating systems.
